ABC TMA/MassCommute Summer Promotion
"Show Us Your Commute"
You are invited to submit either an original video or an original photograph that either shows (video less than two minutes long) or describes (photo with caption of 50 words or less) why you commute to work by carpooling, vanpooling, bicycling, walking, public transit or teleworking.
Two First Prize Winners – one from each medium (video and photograph) – will receive an Apple iPod Shuffle. In addition, one Grand Prize Winner deemed to be the best overall entry will win a $200 Apple Store gift card. Winners will be announced prior to the end of September.
ABC TMA's GRH Program Awarded
ABC TMA's Guaranteed Ride Home program was recognized by the Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT) for Marketing & Outreach: TMA Award.
The GRH program has provided more than 350 rides home using environmentally friendly vehicles from PlanetTran, preventing more than 20,000 pounds of carbon and saving more than 400 gallons of gasoline.
